Wayne d. Martin jr., pe

  • Wayne Martin is the co-founder and President of MDS Engineering. Wayne found his passion for engineering and design at a young age. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and is a registered professional engineer in 17 states. Wayne has served as the lead electrical engineer and project manager for various electrical driven and multi-discipline projects. Projects have included airports, manufacturing facilities, schools, corporate and retail office facilities, single and multi-family residential facilities, building renovations, underground and above ground storage tanks, roadway lighting, and water/wastewater treatment plants. Wayne is an expert in his field with unmatched organizational, efficiency and time management skills. He is focused on building long lasting, profitable relationships with a goal to help fill the electrical engineering gap in the WBE/WOSB/MBE/DBE market by providing quality MEP services and exceeding client's expectations.

Lakeisa S. Martin

Chief Executive Officer / Director of Operations

  • Lakeisa Martin is the co-founder and CEO of MDS Engineering. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. With over 16 years in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT services space, Lakeisa is a highly organized, initiative-taker with a drive towards data governance and continuous process improvement. With vast experience in Change Management, Product Lifecycle Management, BOM Management, and Master Data Management, Lakeisa advocates for cross-functional collaboration. She believes that defining and documenting business policies and standard operating procedures helps to foster a culture of service, consistency, and data integrity. Lakeisa has a successful history of demonstrating the value of data management and providing guidance and training for organizations to align their data and business strategies.

Brian Maisch, PE

Chief Electrical Engineer / Senior Project Manager

  • Brian is a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer. His experience includes project management and designing power distribution, lighting and special systems for commercial, institutional, transportation and renewable/sustainable projects including both small and utility-scale solar PV systems. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Keith McFadden, PE

Chief Mechanical Engineer / Senior Project Manager

  • Keith received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and is a registered mechanical professional engineer. Keith has served as the lead mechanical engineer and project manager for various mechanical driven and multi-discipline projects. Projects have included manufacturing facilities, health care, commercial, single and multi-family residential facilities, building renovations, underground and above ground storage tanks, institutional facilities, and water/wastewater treatment plants.
