MDS Engineering provided full MEP design services for the York Airport terminal renovation, modernizing the fixed base operator (FBO) facility to improve performance, energy efficiency, and user experience. The project included new power distribution, LED lighting with advanced controls, HVAC zoning with high-efficiency rooftop units, and updated plumbing systems—all fully coordinated to meet current NEC, IECC, IPC, and ADA requirements. With construction-ready documents and close collaboration across disciplines, MDS delivered a future-ready terminal infrastructure that supports safe, efficient airport operations.
