MDS Engineering delivered full-service electrical engineering for the Swenson Replacement Project, featuring new 120/208V power distribution, energy-efficient LED lighting, and comprehensive life safety systems in compliance with NEC 2020, IECC 2018, and NFPA 110. A key component was the integration of a 150 kW standby diesel generator with ATS to support emergency loads including fire alarm, egress lighting, and ventilation, all coordinated through detailed load studies and grounding system design. The final permit-ready construction set reflected MDS’s expertise in high-performance infrastructure, offering resilient and future-ready electrical solutions for critical facilities.
