MDS Engineering provided comprehensive MEP design services through the 90% Construction Document phase for the proposed renovation of Memorial Hospital in York, PA, aimed at transforming the vacant facility into a mixed-use healthcare, commercial, and residential space. The design included HVAC zoning upgrades, new electrical distribution and LED lighting systems, and reconfigured plumbing infrastructure, all coordinated through BIM for seamless integration with existing building conditions. While the project did not proceed to construction, MDS delivered a fully developed, code-compliant design solution that demonstrated adaptability, technical depth, and client-centered planning.
