MDS Engineering provided schematic MEP design services for the renovation of Upton Court, a multifamily residential development in Baltimore, MD, consisting of garden apartments and townhomes. The design included new Energy Star-rated HVAC systems, high-efficiency LED lighting, upgraded electrical panels, and WaterSense-certified plumbing fixtures,all focused on energy efficiency, code compliance, and resident comfort.
