MDS Engineering provided plumbing design services for a first-floor commercial tenant renovation at 441 E. Market Street in York, PA, supporting a food-based retail operation. The scope included new hot and cold domestic water, sanitary, grease waste, and vent systems, with a properly sized grease interceptor and plumbing layout tailored for new kitchen fixtures. The final design met all IPC and Pennsylvania UCC requirements, resulting in a fully compliant, durable, and serviceable plumbing system for the client’s food service needs.
