MDS Engineering provided full MEP design services for the renovation of existing facilities at the York Fairgrounds, with a focus on accessibility, modernization, and energy efficiency. The project included ADA-compliant plumbing fixture upgrades, reconfigured HVAC systems for improved ventilation and zoning, and updated electrical infrastructure including LED lighting, emergency signage, and revised power distribution. All designs were code-compliant and coordinated to minimize disruption while supporting long-term functionality for public and staff use.
