The scope included HVAC design using Carrier HAP load calculations, high-efficiency ducted split systems, and coordinated electrical upgrades with code-compliant power distribution, DDC control provisions, and plumbing integration for condensate management and equipment supports. MDS delivered a fully coordinated, SMACNA-compliant design with TAB-certified system balancing and commissioning, ensuring alignment with IECC, NEC, and ASHRAE 90.1 performance standards.
