MDS Engineering provided full MEP design and permit documentation for the fit-out of a commercial shell space into a functional office for Statewide Partners in Harrisburg, PA. The scope included electrical load analysis to validate capacity, HVAC reconfiguration for office zoning, and plumbing modifications for new restrooms and break areas, all designed to meet 2021 IPC, ASHRAE, and Pennsylvania UCC requirements. This project reflects MDS’s ability to deliver integrated, code-compliant solutions that prioritize efficiency, occupant comfort, and smooth municipal approval for commercial tenant renovations.
