MDS Engineering provided comprehensive MEP design services for Andonia’s Chophouse, a high-end restaurant concept planned for a commercial tenant space in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The nearly complete permit-ready design included electrical layouts for specialty kitchen loads and ambient lighting, HVAC zoning with high-efficiency rooftop units, and full plumbing systems including grease waste, gas piping, and sanitary infrastructure. Although the project did not proceed to construction, MDS delivered coordinated construction documents that showcased our expertise in complex restaurant fit-outs and code-compliant, performance-driven design.
